You are welcome to return purchased items within 3 months for either an exchange or a full refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected. No reason has to be provided for a return although we always welcome feedback particularly if you are not satisfied with the product. Returns should be sent to the following address and we recommend that you send them by a tracked method of shipping, such as by recorded delivery as if we do not receive the item then we will be unable to refund the cost of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Where you have returned an item with a request for a refund we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 working days.
